___It is understood that Where You’re At Photography is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the photographic service requested by this contract.

___We strongly recommend that the official photographer is retained for pictures 2 and ½ hours preceremony for best results in formal photographs. Ceremony coverage is generally one hour. On location and reception coverage is for any amount of time desired.

___Any retouching is at the Customers expense. We put forth our best effort to minimize any glass glare, but asking your eye care provider for a spare set of frames without lenses is the best way to ensure that there will be absolutely no glare.

___Where You’re At Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure and storage of your photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event of equipment malfunction or act outside of the control of the studio, the studios ability is limited to refund of deposit only.

___Terms of Payment: a 50% deposit plus tax is required to hold your date. This balance will be applied to your final balance. Balance of 50% plus tax is due 30 days prior to your wedding. This contract will be null and void and no photographer will be present at the wedding or reception if 100% of payment isn’t payed at time of the wedding.

___It is understood that calculated time for payment begins when photographer arrives at agreed upon time to setup.

___Milage equals .25 cents per mile going to and coming from a wedding outside of a 60 mile radius from Mt.vernon.

___In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding contract by the wedding party, the deposits paid are not refundable.

___NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without written permission from Where You’re At Photography. Violators of this FEDERAL LAW will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Purchase of CD transfers copyright permission to customer.

___The studio reserves the right to use any images created from this event for promotional display, publication, or other purposes with no further notice. EVEN WHEN A CD IS PURCHASED studio retains these rights.
